AI consulting, delivery, and teaching

AI consulting for teams that are done with AI theatre. and need systems that survive contact with reality.

I help companies, universities, and investors scope, evaluate, and build AI systems that are useful, measurable, and technically defensible.

I work across consulting and academia as AI Engineering Lead at EDT&Partners, Lecturer at the American University of Beirut, and Expert Contributor at O’Reilly.

What I do

I usually work with teams once the vague excitement phase is over and the real questions begin: what is worth building, what will fail in production, how should the system be evaluated, and what would a sound implementation plan look like. That work often includes technical scoping, architecture, evaluation design, and independent review.

Focus areas

  • AI strategy, scoping, and technical due diligence
  • AI system design, agentic workflows, and evaluation
  • MLOps, LLMOps, and production reliability
  • Teaching, workshops, and technical AI education
